1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

A2B Dance Academy (“we”, “us”, or “our”) grants the customer (“you”, “your”) access to paid video services, including individual classes and video packs (“the Program”), available through our website and/or mobile application. Upon purchase, you are also entitled to access any related downloadable materials (if applicable).

By accessing our Program, you agree:

  • Not to replicate or develop a similar business based on the content provided.

  • To maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary methods or instructional techniques shared.

  • Not to share or distribute video content with third parties, except through your personal access to our platform.

  • To respect the intellectual property and branding of A2B Dance Academy and its instructors.

In the event of disputes, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

2. PAYMENT METHODS AND FEES

  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing and subscription plans with at least 30 days’ notice.

  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal through our secure online platform.

  • By enrolling in the Program, you commit to completing the agreed payment as per the selected plan.

  • The payment due date will be the day of the first successful transaction unless otherwise stated.

  • You may request to change your payment method, subject to approval.

  • Promotional offers may occasionally alter standard pricing.

3. OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS

  • Any missed or failed transaction will be considered an “outstanding payment.”

  • Access to the Program may be suspended until payment is completed.

  • We may offer a short grace period to allow resolution of outstanding payments.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@a2bdanceacademy.com with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE” and a brief explanation.

  • Failure to formally cancel will result in continued billing as per the original agreement.

  • Cancelling before full payment completion may result in loss of access to all content.

  • No refunds will be issued for payments made prior to cancellation.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

A2B Dance Academy reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be posted at www.a2bdanceacademy.com. We may temporarily suspend access to our services for updates or changes without prior notice.
