You agree to the practices and policies listed below by using or accessing our services in any way, and you give us permission to gather, use, and distribute your information as specified in this privacy policy.

Please keep in mind that our Terms of Use, which include this Privacy Policy, govern your use of A2B Dance Academy’s services at all times. The terminology of Use provide meanings for any terminology that we use in this Policy but do not define.

Personal data purpose

In order to manage the business relationship in all areas, including the execution of the sales and/or service contract and all related proceedings, as well as the continuation of contact and the electronic mailing of commercial information, A2B Dance Academy will process the information provided. These include:

  1. Oversee the previously signed service agreement with you.
  2. Stay in contact.
  3. Transmit business correspondence via electronic means.

DATA

According to Article 28.3 g) of Regulation (EU), the interested party’s personal data will be retained for the duration of the personal data processing activity and for the period specified by the relevant legislation. The activity will end when the data is returned or deleted.

What is the legal justification for processing your data?

The execution of the sales contract and/or the rendering of services to which you are a party serve as the legal justification for the processing of your data.

Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002 of Information Society Services and E-Commerce governs how commercial communications are handled via electronic mail or other electronic communication methods. It permits the company to send similar commercial information or related to the product or service that was originally purchased, as long as you don’t object to the mailings (see “Rights” below).

Rights

The individual responsible for processing personal data agrees to implement the organisational and technical safeguards necessary to ensure adherence to data protection standards (Article 25.1 of Regulation (EU)).

Without affecting the prohibitions outlined in Article 9.1 of Regulation (EU), personal data will only be transferred if required to fulfil the agreed-upon purpose (Article 6 of Regulation (EU)).

DANCE 4 UNION takes the required steps to ensure legality, loyalty, transparency, security, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with Article 5.1 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the Free movement of these data, which repeals Directive 95/46 / EC.

The user has the right to request access to their processed personal data (Article 15 of Regulation (EU)), to have inaccurate personal data corrected (Article 16 of Regulation (EU)), and to object at any time to the processing of their personal data by the person in charge of processing it under Article 21 of the Regulation (EU).

Personal data disclosure

Any assignment (unless mandated by law) and any transfer will be handled by A2B Dance Academy during the data processing term.

A2B Dance Academy will, however, benefit from the cooperation of the third-party service providers with whom it has contracted in each instance. In order to provide this service, it may be necessary to have access to your personal data, which will be handled with all the legal guarantees required, after you have signed a data protection contract that requires you to do the following, among other things: treat the data exclusively for the purposes for which you have agreed, apply the necessary organisational and technical measures, and suppress and return the data at the end of the service.

What personal data do we collect and why?

When visitors or users submit a form, we capture the <strong>IP Address</strong> for spam protection. We also capture the <strong>email address</strong> and might capture other personal data included in the Form fields.

When visitors or users submit a form we retain the data for 30 days.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings
  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for XXX years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example —

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Smush

Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.

Smush uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath’s privacy policy can be found here.

Smush uses a third-party email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator’s email address is sent to Drip and a cookie is set by the service. Only administrator information is collected by Drip.
